CK Commercial Honored with First Place in the Baltimore Business Journal’s Best Places to Work Small Category

CK Commercial is excited to announce that we have secured the #1 position in the Small Business category of the Baltimore Business Journal’s Best Places to Work for the second consecutive year! CK Commercial is proud to have been honored through this program for seven consecutive years. This prestigious honor highlights our strong commitment to fostering a positive workplace culture and prioritizing the well-being of our team. At CK Commercial, we believe that when our team members thrive, we achieve better results and deliver exceptional outcomes on every project.

This year’s recognition comes after a rigorous months-long evaluation process conducted by Quantum Workplace, a trusted workplace assessment partner based in Omaha, Nebraska. The process began with a call for nominations last fall. From there, Quantum surveyed our employees to gather insights on crucial factors such as leadership, culture, benefits, diversity, equity, inclusion, and more. The survey results determined engagement scores, and the top 50 companies in the region with the highest scores made the prestigious list.

The competition was fierce, as participating companies were ranked across four categories based on their size: micro, small, medium, and large. Quantum Workplace assigned each company an overall score out of 100%, and we are proud to emerge as the top scorer in our category.

This year’s awards were celebrated during a memorable event at Camden Yards on July 17, where all winners were honored for their dedication to creating workplaces where employees can truly thrive.
