The Importance of Accountability
At CK Commercial, our culture demands accountability and humility. This is a guiding principle that allows us to be successful without having hierarchy barriers. By requiring each team member to hold each other accountable even at the risk of causing a disagreement, we spend more time and energy running the aspects of the business rather than on the angst, stress, and resulting inefficiencies. Not only that, this allows the entire team to reach a place of increased transparency. We are all more willing to call each other out on unproductive behavior and missed or insufficient deliverables. The ultimate result is that we no longer take these conversations personally.

Revitalization of Baltimore
Getting to witness firsthand the transformation that downtown Baltimore has been undergoing has been both refreshing and motivating. CK Commercial is excited to have earned the opportunity to complete some of the renovations within the 25 S Charles building. Witnessing the revitalization of the community and the sense of pride community members are feeling for the place they call home is awesome to be on the forefront for.
