CK Commercial Featured Again in the Baltimore Business Journal’s Cool Digs!
CK Commercial is honored and extremely excited to announce that we have been featured again in the Baltimore Business Journal’s Cool Digs segment! CK worked closely with both COPT and the Netcraftsmen team to make sure we had a full understanding of the creative vision they wanted for their space.
Combining our knowledge of design and innovative building concepts allowed us to deliver a space that was both functional and captivating. It was a pleasure to work with both teams and bring their creative concepts into a structural reality!

Happy Memorial Day!
So excited about the year we have had so far! We are so grateful for the countless opportunities we have had to expand our network and project portfolio.
As a thank you to all our team’s hard work we will be implementing summer hours. Beginning this Friday 5/25, CK’s office will close at 2 pm every Friday and the field will adjust schedules during the week to be able to be off by 11 am on Fridays.
We hope that everyone takes this time to recharge and reconnect with their loved ones. Happy Memorial Day Weekend everyone!

CK Commercial Wins ABC Excellence in Construction Award
CK Commercial will proudly accept the Associated Builders & Contractors (ABC) Baltimore chapter’s highest award, Excellence for Project 1009.01 at the ABC Baltimore Excellence in Construction Awards ceremony in April. The ABC Excellence in Construction Awards recognizes and celebrates outstanding projects for their quality and workmanship. Project 1009.01 was a 10,000 SF interior fit-out that merged stringent government requirements and specific construction methods with high-energy design. A big contributor to the success of this project was attributable to CK Commercial’s collaborative project approach which is built on teamwork, open communication and complete transparency on each project. A huge thank you to all of our subcontractor teaming partners, COPT Development & Construction Services and Arium | AE.
