Business Booming in Baltimore
We are excited to announce we’ve been awarded 5 additional negotiated projects to be completed by the end of 2018 with one of our favorite clients in Baltimore, MD. Being a part of Baltimore’s growth and having a positive impact on such a dynamic city has truly been inspiring. The way in which Baltimore has been able to evolve drastically but still keep its charm is something that is truly captivating. As we start to build these 5 projects in the financial sector, we can’t help to imagine how much the city will grow and evolve over the next few years.

Growth and Expansion Across the DMV
“All growth is essentially an expansion of awareness”
As we kick off the week, we’re excited to kick off another negotiated project consisting of a 6,500 sq ft+ interior renovation of a Medical Dermatology treatment center. Our entire team consistently strives to build and deliver the highest quality structures. Meeting project requirements and on time space delivery are the driving forces to our success in addition to adding a personal touch.
Over the past six months, we have had the opportunity to team with some outstanding clients across the DMV area. With every project we take on, we are committed to providing the highest quality work and passionate about meeting the requests and requirements set forward by the client. We are motivated and inspired by their creative concepts of what they envision for their new spaces.
The relationship we have cultivated with one of our newest clients is a great example of how trust and communication are stepping stones to effective and successful project completion. Our journey began in Columbia, MD with a 5,500 sq ft+ interior renovation. Our constant communication and attention to detail in regards to project updates and scheduling impacts, along with the concrete understanding of what the client wanted, led to a trusting relationship that created a strong partnership between the client and our team.
Upon completion of the medical office space in Columbia’s Medical Pavilion, CK Commercial was awarded two additional projects in Linthicum, MD and Fairfax, VA! We are very thankful for this continued partnership and for the trust in us to aide in the design and building of their spaces!
